How to control hormones to improve mood


It's no secret that our moods are affected by the levels of various hormones in our bodies. And while we can't always control the levels of these hormones, there are things we can do to hack them and improve our moods.

 Here are seven tips to control hormones level

1. Exercise

Exercise is one of the best things you can do for your mental and physical health, and maintain hormone levels.It has following benefits ,

4. Get enough sleep

 If you're having trouble sleeping, try to make a regular sleep schedule, avoid caffeine and alcohol before bed, and create a relaxing bedtime routine.Get enough sleep each night so your body has time to recover and heal from the day's activities.

5. Taking a break from technology
